Guaranteed Departure: For our scheduled tours, we require no minimum number of travelers for the tour to go ahead.

‍Free Rescheduling or Cancellation: You can reschedule or cancel your RIB boat tour free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure.

‍Refund for Cruise Berthing Issues: For guests expecting to arrive in the Stavanger region on a cruise ship, in the event that the scheduled berthing of your ship is cancelled, we will offer a full refund for your booking even if the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. In the event of a berthing delay, we will offer you the option to reschedule.

‍Back-to-Cruise Guarantee: If you’re a cruise tourist, you do not need to be concerned about joining a tour later in the day, we are always very much aware of when your ship departs and will make absolutely sure you get back in time. If we should for any reason encounter a delay that would put us behind schedule and risk your ability to reach your cruise before it casts off, we will without hesitation cut our trip short and ensure you make a timely return. We have never had a guest of ours be late for their departure time, and we intend to keep it that way.

‍Force Majeure Refunds: Should your tour be prevented from going ahead due to force majeure reasons, such as unsafe weather conditions on the sea, we will provide a full refund even if the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.We aim to make your experience with us as accommodating and stress-free as possible. You can secure your seat without immediate payment. We only require a 10% deposit to confirm your reservation. Choose the ‘Make a Deposit’ option during booking, and pay the remaining amount anytime up to 48 hours before departure. Should you decide to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Force Majure Refund

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or operational disruptions, prevent the tour from taking place, we will provide a full refund. Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities, and we strive to ensure fair policies in such situations.

Cancellation Refund

If your cruise ship cancels its stop in Stavanger, we will provide a full refund, even if our 48-hour cancellation window has passed. Simply notify us, and we will handle the process.

Delay Rescheduling

If your cruise arrival is delayed, we will adjust your tour time accordingly. Cruise tourists are our main demographic for these tours, so if you're running late, chances are you're not the only one.
